I cooked this chicken last week, and it just turned out so pretty that I had to take a picture of it:
Fresh & Easy is this small market that we’ve started shopping at. They have their own store brand and a lot of their products are “all natural”, or “no artificial preservatives/colors/trans fats”, or “organic” (if you’re into that). For us, its just good food at affordable prices. They have the best mint Oreo-style cookies ever!!!
My wife spotted their pre-made pizza dough, and made pizza and restaurant-style bread twists for dinner:
The salmon was prepared with a little olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Then broiled for just under 10 minutes.
The asparagus is grilled over high heat for just a few minutes, then tossed in balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then topped with parmesan cheese.
That was a very good meal!
