I think more people should try making their own pizza. You might like it. It’s not hard, and it doesn’t take very long. Just think: there’s no extra charge for toppings; no delivery charge; use your own, freshly hand-picked high quality ingredients. This is what you could make:

I made up this recipe all by myself. I put everything in the crock pot, went to school for a few hours, and hoped for the best. When I got home from school, it looked like this:

I’ve seen the New York Times Chocolate Chip recipe on several other blogs, and the general consensus was that they are quite a good cookie. So I gave them a try. Here’s a PDF of the recipe: LINK
With a close family member in the hospital, and school in full swing, there’s just no time to write this up right now, but I made “Brown Sugar Cookies” today. Recipe: Link
They taste pretty good, sort of a new flavor for cookies. They have sort of a caramel flavor, and they’re rich in sugar and vanilla flavors. As you can see from the pictures, they baked beautifully.
