Simply Calphalon Nonstick 13 Inch Round Grill Pan
This is one of my favorite pans. I use it to cook all kinds of meat on the stove-top. I’ve cooked steaks, pork chops, hamburgers, and even bacon on it. The grill lines it leaves on the food make you look like a fancy chef too.

Some tips for the grill pan:
- Do me a favor, and DON’T wash this in your dishwasher! Dishwashers will take off the non-stick coating very quickly.
- Preheat the pan before putting your food on it.
- I get the best results when the meat is juicy, so defrost all the way, or you can even apply a light coat of oil to the meat.
- Always use plastic utensils on non-stick cookware to avoid scratching it
- If you’re cooking bacon, make sure the grease doesn’t get too deep and overflow the pan. I haven’t had that happen, but its not a very deep edge on the pan.
